We offer 30 days return from when you receive your order.
Our policy lasts 30 days since the date of delivery. If 30 days have gone by since your order was delivered, unfortunately we canβt offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. It must also be returned in the original packaging.Β
To start a return, you can contact us at info@trymintora.com. If your return is accepted, We will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Shipping costs are paid by the buyer.

If youβre not completely satisfied, youβre eligible for a full refund of your purchase within 30 days. To qualify, you must have taken one Mintora capsule every day for 30 consecutive days without skipping.
First-Month Refund Policy
If you cancel your subscription within the first month, the difference between the discounted subscription price and the regular single-bottle price will be charged. This ensures fairness, so that no customer takes advantage of the subscription discount during their first month.
Refunds (if applicable)Β
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.Β
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 30Β days.
Cancellations
You have 24 hours to cancel your order after it's placed. Please contact us promptly if you need to make a cancellation.
Once the item is received, the customer can then organize a return and refund by contacting us at info@trymintora.com
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
There may be some special instances where we are able to cancel orders however a courier cancellation fee may be applied in these situations.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@trymintora.com
GiftsΒ
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, youβll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.Β
If the item wasnβt marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.Β
ShippingΒ
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.Β
